WIM opened in August 2024 at Breitensteinstrasse 14 near Wipkingen Park, bringing long-fermentation sourdough bread, cardamom buns, and lemon-poppyseed rolls to a neighbourhood underserved for quality coffee. The open kitchen lets guests watch the baking process unfold, and generous seating with wifi make it a natural workspace for the creative community settling in Wipkingen. Coffee and pastry quality both punch well above the bakery-cafe norm.
