Brothers David and Daniel Sanchez built miró into Zurich's most decorated roastery, earning the Roaster of the Year 2025 title from European Coffee Trip. The Brauerstrasse flagship combines a full roastery, retail shop and espresso bar in a sculptural space; beans are sourced direct-trade and organic, roasted weekly on renewable electricity. The coffee truck and wholesale accounts supply venues across the city including the Monocle Cafe.
