Founded in 2016 by world barista champions Emi Fukahori and Mathieu Theis, MAME on Josefstrasse is the undisputed flagship of Zurich's specialty scene. The compact, stripped-back space inside a converted laundry in Kreis 5 focuses entirely on single-origin coffees roasted at the brand's own Zurich warehouse.
