Formerly Omnia Coffee and now trading as Ombak, this family-run specialty shop at Stauffacherstrasse 105 in Langstrasse is the only venue in Zurich focused exclusively on Indonesian-origin specialty coffee. Every bean is sourced for sustainability and roasted to SCA standards, served alongside Indonesian-inflected pastries, cakes, and salads. Professional SCA barista training and home-brewing masterclasses are available from the same address.
