Stoll was founded in Zurich in 1936 and moved its roastery to Austrasse 38 in Wiedikon in 2019 across two floors, creating space for a public cafe where guests can observe live roasting. The specialty coffee line is presented alongside organic and classic ranges; beans roasted that week are sold direct to visitors. One of the rare opportunities in Zurich to drink directly at the source from a nearly century-old roastery.
