The Zurich outpost of the Geneva-founded Boreal group sits at Talacker 41, steps from Paradeplatz and the financial district. Boreal roasts its own beans and the bar has earned a reputation for consistent, well-executed espresso in a clean Scandinavian-influenced interior that draws both suited weekday commuters and relaxed weekend visitors. A second Zurich location operates in Oerlikon.
