The Fresh Pot on 4001 N Mississippi Ave opened in 2002 inside a remodeled former drug store and soda fountain, becoming one of Stumptown's oldest wholesale partners and a beloved fixture of the Mississippi Avenue corridor. The funky espresso bar with killer pastries and an iconic shark mural remains one of north Portland's most characterful cafes, with a long history tightly interwoven with the street's transformation into a destination neighborhood. Matcha drinks and seasonal specialties round out the classic espresso menu.
