Guilder at 2393 NE Fremont St is now under the ownership of U.S. Barista Champion Laila Ghambari and partner Ryan Willbur, who acquired the coffee company and adjacent Junior's Roasted Coffee in 2024. The Alameda neighborhood roastery and cafe has evening hours Wednesday through Sunday, making it one of Portland's few quality specialty destinations open past 6pm. The menu is serious about seasonal single origins while also making room for creative signature drinks like Hot Buttered Yam Chai.
