Founded by former Nike shoe designer Ian Williams, Deadstock Coffee fuses sneakerhead culture with specialty coffee and relocated in early 2026 to 15 NW 4th Ave inside the Hoxton Hotel after closing its original Old Town space. The LeBronald Palmer and Zero Chill cold brew are among the creative drinks on a menu that treats coffee with the same limited-edition mentality as a sought-after sneaker drop. Deadstock roasts in-house and remains one of Portland's most culturally distinctive cafes.
