Steps from Place des Vosges at 20 rue des Tournelles, Yellow Tucan is one of the Marais's most charming micro-cafes, sourcing organic and sustainable beans from Berlin's Five Elephant roastery. The space is minimal and the focus absolute: great espresso and filter in a neighbourhood otherwise better known for falafel than specialty coffee. A reliable find when the rest of the Marais feels overly touristed.
