Opened in June 2024 by 2023 French Roasting Champion Erwan Alonso, Coeur Coffee sits 400 meters from Place du Tertre on Rue Ravignan and offers nearly a dozen coffees roasted twice weekly in a shared workshop. Natural, washed, and anaerobic lots from Guatemala, Colombia, and beyond appear as both espresso and filter, with each cup reflecting Alonso's competition-level sourcing rigor. A neighborhood cafe with serious roaster credentials in a famously touristy hill.
