Operating since 2015 at Calle Bolivar 153 in Miraflores, True Artisan Cafe is run by Gianni Zanesco, a half-Italian half-Peruvian roaster who blends Peruvian arabica from Cajamarca and San Ignacio with a touch of Indian robusta for a darker, more Italian-style profile. The long narrow bar modeled on a New York counter allows guests to sit facing the baristas and watch extractions from a La Marzocco Strada. Quiches, sandwiches, and house-made pastries round out the menu.
