Named the best specialty coffee shop in Lima in 2022, Ciclos is a micro-roastery tucked into Jr. Colina 111 in Barranco that pays 100 percent direct to farmers for the majority of its Peru-wide sourcing network. Q Grader Felipe Aliaga calibrates the roster with a dedicated osmosis water system, and an osmosis-fed brew bar pulls from coffees spanning Cajamarca to Puno. The building shares space with El Cacaotal, an artisan cacao shop on the upper floor, making it a destination for both coffee and Peruvian chocolate.
