Tostaduria Bisetti
Barranco · Lima
Pouring beans from Bisetti
Founded by the Bisetti family in 1958, this Barranco cornerstone has shaped Peruvian specialty coffee more than any other single address. Housed in a colonial building on Av. Pedro de Osma, it features a glassed-in roasting room, a coffee lab, and a plant-filled terrace where baristas run daily cuppings. Beans are sourced exclusively from small Peruvian producers in Cajamarca, Cusco, and Junin, roasted in full view of the cafe floor.
