Opened in March 2025 on Rue Charlot, Tiba pairs a spare brutalist interior of brushed steel, waxed concrete, and white plaster with a rotating selection of seasonal coffees from carefully chosen international roasters. Owner Kevin Cerqueira sources with the same precision applied to the hand-brewed V60 and espresso program. Housemade carrot cake and madeleines round out a focused, high-intention offer.
