Founded by third-generation roaster Christophe Servell, who was named best roaster in France in 2015, this compact Marais outpost on Rue des Blancs Manteaux serves fully traceable single-origin coffees roasted entirely in France. The cozy space with bar stools and hanging chairs invites slow lingering over exceptional espresso or pour-over. A foundational address for Paris specialty coffee.
