The Ten Belles team expanded into the 11th arrondissement with a bakery-forward cafe that puts sourdough and pastry on equal footing with the coffee programme. Belleville Brulerie beans are still the backbone of the espresso and filter menu, but here the focus extends to long weekend brunches with exceptional bread, egg dishes, and rotating seasonal specials. A larger space and outdoor terrace make it more relaxed than the original Canal Saint-Martin address.
