Founded by former Tim Wendelboe head roaster Talor Browne, Talormade at Operagata 67B sits a short walk from the Oslo Opera House with views toward the Oslofjord waterfront. The daily-made specialty doughnuts and all-scratch pastry programme rival the coffee in ambition, using beans roasted at the Sagene roastery. Batch brew comes with free refills, a Poursteady pour-over station anchors the filter menu, and the vivid colourful interior is one of Oslo's most photographed cafe interiors.
