Opened in 2013 by World Brewers Cup Champion Odd-Steinar Tøllefsen, Supreme Roastworks roasts on a 12-kilo Diedrich visible from the bar at their Grünerløkka flagship on Thorvald Meyers gate 18A. The menu spans Hario V60 pour-overs and a precise espresso programme, with outstanding iced coffee in summer drawing queues outside. Nordic light-roast philosophy runs throughout, emphasising terroir and traceability over body.
