Rosa Salva has been a Venetian pastry institution since 1879, and the San Marco branch on Calle Fiubera is the most central of its locations. The espresso is honest Italian bar coffee, but what draws locals is the fresh pastry counter, particularly the bomboloni and traditional Venetian sweets. Prices stay reasonable for the neighborhood.
