Pouring beans from Caffe Girani
Founded in 1928 by Giuseppe Girani, this family roastery on Campo Bandiera e Moro in the Castello district is run today by the founder's granddaughters. The shop walls are lined with vintage moka pots and coffee equipment, and beans are roasted on the premises using traditional methods. The campo overlooks the church where Vivaldi was baptized, making this one of the quieter and more authentic coffee stops in the city.
