Opened in 2023 on the quiet residential Calle Porta 152 in Miraflores, RAIZ is one of Lima's newer in-house roasters, built around a curated selection of Peruvian single-origin lots with a strong focus on transparency of origin. The patio seating off a tree-lined street gives it a neighborhood feel uncommon among the area's busier cafes. Almond croissants and rotating pastries pair well with the light-roast filter program.
