Monogram's 2025 flagship is a bright, airy space in Britannia that brought a full kitchen and in-house bakery to one of Calgary's most established specialty roasters. Head barista Ben Put has placed third at the World Barista Championship and won the Canadian championship seven times - and those standards show at the bar.
