Calgary's oldest independent specialty roastery, The Roasterie has been roasting arabica beans on site in Kensington for over four decades. The cafe serves a wide range of single-origin coffees from more than 30 origins, brewed via drip and espresso in a neighbourhood setting near the Sunnyside C-Train station. A true legacy institution of the city's coffee culture.
