Rosso's original Ramsay location opened in 2007 as the first business in the Ramsay Exchange development and still houses the Probat production roaster that supplies all five Calgary cafes. Co-owned by two-time Canadian National Barista Champion Cole Torode, the cafe is B Corp certified and sources exclusively direct-trade beans with minimum 85-point cupping scores. The kitchen bakes fresh daily including the famous parsley and cheddar biscuits.
