MOC was among the first specialty coffee shops to establish itself in Nisantasi, on Sakayik Sokak near Tesvikiye. Founder Sam Ceviköz trained as a barista in Australia before returning to Istanbul, and the cafe carries that Southern Hemisphere sensibility: ristretto-pulled espresso, flat whites, and table service. Green beans are sourced from twelve countries, roasted in a Bomonti facility, and rotated seasonally.
