Norm Coffee was founded by two former Kronotrop baristas who brought their craft to a small spot on Gunesli Sokak in Cihangir. The bar runs beans from the Coffee Collective in Copenhagen on a custom Slayer machine calibrated for low-flow extraction to coax full aroma from light roasts. Sourdough tartines and daily-baked pastries round out a precise, unpretentious offer that regulars cite as among the city's best.
