Libertario Coffee Roasters

Libertario opened its first Costa Rica location in late 2023 on Avenida 7 between Calles 31 and 33 in Barrio Escalante, bringing a roastery-cafe format with exposed brick and concrete finishes to the neighborhood''s already dense coffee corridor. The team roasts specialty-grade Costa Rican lots and sources select micro-lots from Mexico and Colombia, served through an espresso bar and a streamlined filter menu. It draws young professionals and specialty-coffee regulars looking for a clean pour without excess fanfare. A second outpost operates in the Nunciatura district.
