Originally from Melbourne, Hardware Societe planted its flag at 10 rue Lamarck in 2016 and immediately became the benchmark brunch destination in the 18th. The coffee programme runs on Padre beans from Melbourne and is managed as carefully as the food menu of souffles, baked eggs, and ricotta dishes that attracts queues from Thursday to Monday. The sun-drenched terrace at the foot of the Butte remains one of the most pleasant outdoor breakfast spots in Paris.
