Fuglen's roastery-cafe at St. Halvardsgate 33 operates inside a shared creative courtyard alongside ZZ Pizza and Mold Cider, with live jazz programmed year-round from morning through evening. The roastery is home to Tim Wendelboe's former vintage Probat, and light-roasted single-origins are brewed here from the first hour of opening. Thursday through Saturday evenings the space pivots to cocktails, uniquely bridging Oslo's coffee and nightlife cultures.
