French Truck Coffee began in 2012 out of a home laundry room and grew into one of the South's most recognized specialty roasters, now roasting across New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Memphis. The French Quarter cafe at 217 Chartres Street is a strong entry point to their meticulous sourcing and roasting approach, serving single-origin pour-overs alongside a full espresso bar. Their shakerato, pulled over ice with a hard shake, has become a cult order among regulars. The vintage yellow delivery truck that launched the brand has evolved into a multi-city operation without losing its New Orleans roots.
