Coffee Sapiens is recognised as one of the very first third-wave specialty coffee shops in Istanbul, opening in Karakoy on Kilic Ali Pasa Mescidi Sokak. The team roasts in-house and experiments methodically with roasting variables to develop flavour profiles for each batch. A broad range of manual brewing methods is available alongside espresso, and the shop runs long hours throughout the week.
