Open since 2015 on Calle Independencia 269 in Miraflores, Cate is a three-way tasting room dedicated to specialty coffee, fine Peruvian cacao, and rare teas. The in-house Bitacora label sources espresso lots from San Marino and San Fernando farms in Cusco and filter lots from Cajamarca, and staff are trained to walk guests through flavor mapping. A full kitchen turns out homemade pastries and a breakfast menu that keeps the space lively from early morning.
