black. is a minimalist roastery-cafe that opened in 2017 and added its own roasting machine within a year, making it one of Bratislava's most respected in-house roasters. The tiny Gorkého street space is known for seasonal single-origin filter coffees and striking Bratislava-skyline retail packaging. Anaerobic naturals and funky processed lots appear regularly on the menu alongside a tight selection of pastries.
