Goriffee is a Bratislava-based specialty roastery that bakes all its pastries and cakes in-house, refusing the typical cafe shortcut of outsourcing its food. The Kosicka flagship, relocated to a new-build space in 2024, is a bright and welcoming room where sustainably sourced beans and honest sourdough-adjacent baking share equal billing. The roastery actively pursues ecological sourcing and participates in the broader European specialty circuit.
