One of Bratislava's original third-wave pioneers, Brew Bar opened in 2013 when founder David Frajt brought specialty coffee culture from abroad to his hometown. The cafe sources from its own Linden roastery as well as celebrated European houses including Tim Wendelboe, Populus, and Doubleshot. A wide selection of manual brew methods - including chemex and aeropress - and a commitment to plant milks make it a benchmark for the city's filter scene.
