The Echo Park original from which Dinosaur Coffee was born, Woodcat has been roasting small-batch specialty coffee since 2014 under POC and woman ownership. The retro-industrial space on Sunset Boulevard has an unpretentious neighborhood feel, and the roasting program sources from producing-country cooperatives with genuine supply-chain transparency. Open every day from 6am.
