Valmandin
Carouge · Geneva
A tiny artisan roastery-shop tucked into the pedestrian lanes of old Carouge, the Sardinian-character village annexed by Geneva in the 19th century. Valmandin roasts fifteen varieties in a small workshop in Satigny and sells them from Rue Ancienne 5 alongside coffees to drink in or take away. Limited hours (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Friday afternoons) make it a deliberate detour worth building a Carouge afternoon around.
