One of three Geneva locations for Utopia, the organic and ethical Swiss specialty roastery founded in 2018 and roasting from their Gland facility. The Eaux-Vives branch is close to the lake and draws a mix of neighbourhood regulars and remote workers. All beans are certified organic, ethically sourced, and delivered fresh from the roastery - a point of genuine differentiation in the city.
