This hole-in-the-wall has been serving some of the most consistent specialty espresso in the old quarter since 2019, relying on Alquimista beans and a no-fuss takeaway format that keeps the queue moving. Owner Pepe Ramos runs a tight ship: flat whites, iced americanos, and a rotating single origin on the counter, nothing superfluous. Worth the short detour from the main shopping streets.
