Three brothers with a shared obsession launched MUY in 2022 as an exclusive showcase for Ineffable Coffee Roasters, the standout specialty label from nearby Dos Hermanas. The partnership is genuinely exclusive - every cup in this modest, sun-filled room is roasted by Ineffable - and the rotating seasonal single origins on espresso and batch brew reward return visits. Overnight oats and organic baked goods from a local supplier round out the menu.
