Opened in November 2024 by Shinya Ueda, one of Japan's more acclaimed young baristas, ue. is installed in a slender room finished in pale green tiles and terrazzo, with custom ceramics by Yoshiaki Imamura on the counter. Light-roast pour-overs built from beans sourced through direct importer relationships occupy the daytime menu, giving way to small-batch gin and natural wines in the afternoon. The 2024 vintage interior and the precision of service make it one of the most anticipated new additions to Osaka's specialty scene.
