Founded by Guatemalan sisters Sara and Victoria Parish on the riverbank near the Torre del Oro, Torch was among the first genuine micro-roasteries to open in Seville. The roastery sits behind a glass wall at the back of a warmly minimal interior, and the SCA-certified teaching programme makes it a hub for serious barista education in Andalusia. Filter flights and clean espresso run alongside a thoughtful food menu.
