Established in 2012, Timeless is an all-vegan roastery, bakery, and chocolatier on Piedmont Avenue that has built a loyal following for its house-roasted specialty coffee alongside plant-based pastries, brunch, and custom cakes. The roasting operation is serious -- they source with care and roast on-site -- and the cafe doubles as a weekened brunch destination drawing long lines for the vegan baked goods. One of the few places in Oakland where every item on the menu, coffee and food alike, is 100-percent plant-based.
