Founded by three Brazilian brothers after extensive time in Japan, The Coffee brings a minimalist Japanese-inspired aesthetic to Rua de Avis in the Baixa. Beans are an even blend of Brazilian and Colombian, roasted in-house, served as espresso drinks and drip coffee ordered via a counter tablet. The clean, ordered space offers a quiet contrast to the older, more ornate cafes of the surrounding streets.
