Founded in 2014 by brothers Gonçalo and Francisco Cardoso, Combi began as a converted Mercedes van rolling through Porto festivals before opening this fixed Bonfim home in 2017. They roast small batches in-house from direct-trade origins across Brazil, Colombia and Guatemala. The menu spans espresso drinks, V60, Aeropress and French press alongside excellent cinnamon rolls. A second roastery and cafe opened near Serralves in 2024.
