Award-winning barista Tait Burge opened Swimsuit at 38 Dixon Street, building a small group of neighbourhood cafes around Coffee Supreme's roasts and a reputation for precision without pretension. The compact Te Aro original is known equally for its coffee and for an exceptional house-baked cheese scone. Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm, Sunday 9:30am to 2:30pm.
