Founded in 2016 and named one of the 2024 World's 100 Best Coffee Shops, Strut is a serious roastery and cafe that relocated to Jeonpo in 2022. Owner-roaster Minwook Ku uses a pair of Giesen and Diedrich roasters to produce light, transparent profiles that let the bean speak - pomegranate and rose are recurring flavor markers. The small-batch ethos extends to wholesale supply and OEM distribution.
