Founded by Vlad Buda and Dan Ursan, both trained in the Berlin specialty coffee scene, Steam is one of Bucharest's most technically serious espresso bars. The policy is no blends - only single-origin coffees for both filter and espresso - and the Victoria Arduino Black Eagle machine underpins an extraction program that reflects genuine competition-level ambition. Multiple locations across Floreasca and the Charles de Gaulle area serve a loyal following.
