Opened in 2008 inside a 1909 brownstone on Hennepin Avenue, this Spyhouse location wears its history well - exposed brick, tin ceilings, and Americana antiques set the scene for carefully pulled espresso and reliable filter coffee. The Uptown neighborhood gives the shop a lively mix of students, artists, and regulars from nearby Bde Maka Ska. One of the longest-running specialty cafes in the city.
